TradeReign runs from the cloud and monitors the selected supported account rather than relying only on an open browser window.
The beta is used to validate rules, broker behavior, latency, and user experience before making broader claims about the product.
Many traders can write down sensible limits before the session: stop after a certain loss, do not add to a loser, do not widen the stop, avoid major news, and stop after too many trades. The difficult moment comes later, when the trader is frustrated and can still override the plan with another click.
Chris built TradeReign to make those earlier decisions harder to abandon. A trader configures the rules before the emotional moment, and TradeReign monitors the selected account and applies the supported response when the rule is broken.
TradeReign is developed as a cloud web application around Tradovate-authorized account workflows. The rule engine evaluates broker positions, orders, fills, account state, and configured policy state. Different rules can require different evidence before they act.
Development includes automated regression tests, targeted collision tests where multiple rules could claim the same event, guarded Tradovate Demo trading scenarios, broker-state cleanup checks, deployment smoke tests, and manual user-interface review.
TradeReign is currently offered as a paid beta. The core product is usable, but the beta label matters: real users and real network conditions can expose timing, connection, and workflow problems that do not appear in local development.
Feedback from beta users is used to improve reliability and clarity. Claims about compatibility and performance are kept bounded to supported workflows and observed evidence instead of presenting the product as infallible.
TradeReign is independent futures trading discipline software. It helps enforce rules that the trader chose in advance. It does not select trades, predict markets, manage money, provide investment advice, or guarantee that a trader will avoid losses.
TradeReign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tradovate, NinjaTrader, or any prop firm. External platforms, permissions, and account programs can change independently, so traders should verify current compatibility and provider requirements.
Cloud enforcement depends on broker connectivity, network conditions, account permissions, market state, and the evidence required by each rule. Those limitations are documented because a discipline product should be clear about what it can and cannot control.
TradeReign publishes its enforcement model and measured observations so traders can make an informed decision and test the workflow on a supported Demo account before using it with live capital.
TradeReign was created by Chris Kohl, a futures trader and C# developer who wanted stronger external controls for following predefined trading rules.
TradeReign was built to address the gap between knowing a trading rule and consistently following it during a live session. It turns predefined discipline boundaries into monitored account actions and lockouts for supported Tradovate workflows.
TradeReign uses automated application tests, guarded Tradovate Demo scenarios, broker-state verification, deployment checks, and manual dashboard testing. Paid-beta feedback is used to find real-world latency and workflow issues that local testing may not reproduce.
No. TradeReign is independent rule-enforcement software. It is not a broker, prop firm, financial advisor, signal provider, managed account service, or guarantee of trading performance.
Start with a supported Tradovate Demo account, configure a small rule set, and verify how TradeReign behaves for your own account and trading workflow.
Futures trading contains substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. TradeReign is a trading-discipline and rule-enforcement application. It does not provide trading advice, trade signals, investment recommendations, or performance guarantees.
TradeReign is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, or investment advisor.
Futures trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Only risk capital - money that can be lost without jeopardizing financial security or lifestyle - should be used for trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
